It was about noon in Kitsune Forest, which, was located near the city Kane. Two half demons were training. One half demon
was Cari Morano, a black wolf with long black hair and red highlights. She was training with her “mother”, Yutaka
Yamoto. Yuatka Yamoto was a brown fox and she had short brown hair lighter than her fur. Yutaka had taken Cari in when she
was about the age of five.
Three years had passed in the city Kane. Every year on the same day and exact time one of Cari’s friends had been
killed by the creature know as the Kanae. The Kanae wore a long black cloak with a hood down to the ground and covered the
whole face. The cloak had thick silver chains over the sleeves. Now this Kanae had killed Yina, Tara, and Fate. Our story
begins with Cari and Yutaka at Kitsune Forest.
Yutaka was teaching Cari how to control her fire powers, when the sky became pitch black with dark gray storm clouds. A
gust of wind came out with the Kanae.
“It is your time Yutaka Yamoto,” said the Kanae.
The Kanae raised its arm and in a quick second its fingers stretched out, and the fingers were so sharp that it could pierce
through the thickest diamond ever found. Just when it was about to strike Yutaka, Cari jumped out in front of her. The long
stretched fingers had pierced through Cari’s body, and her blood spewed all over.
“CARI,” screamed Yutaka.
The Kanae threw Cari fifty yards away from Yutaka. “Nothing will stop me. I have a job to do!” The Kanae came
closer to Yutaka. When Cari landed she darted back to Yutaka as fast as she could.
“Yutaka it is your time to die,” said the Kanae. The Kanae lifted its hand, and with a flick of the wrist a
bolt of lighting came down. The lighting struck Yutaka and she let out a loud scream. Then the Kanae lifted its arm once again
and its fingers stretched out and pierced through her body. Cari came back just when Yutaka screamed.
“You bastard!” Cari jumped up to Yutaka and used her fire power and said, “Solar flare eclipse!”
Just when Cari’s attack had scorched the Kanae, it had pierced through Yutaka’s heart. The Kanae had vanished
out of thin air with out a trace to follow. Cari ran towards Yutaka’s side.
“Cari...,” Yutaka began, “You have a twin brother. The same exact thing has been happening to him with
the Kanae. You Must go to Key Point Beach, he’ll be waiting for you.”
“Wait what are you saying?” asked Cari. Yutaka gave Cari a piece of paper. Cari grabbed Yutaka’s hand.
Once the paper was in Cari’s possession Yutaka’s hand had fallen. Yutaka’s body didn’t stay there.
Instead it had vanished. Cari stood there very stunned “The Kanae shall die for what it has done to me!” Hot tears
came flowing down Cari’s face.
The next day Cari packed up her bag and started to head towards to Key Point Beach. She brought every thing that she owned
into one bag, since she wasn't going to be coming back.
