Good Bye For Now

Cari kneeled down to the ground. She lifted up her right arm and brought it down with such a force that a crater was formed. Once again her eyes filled up with hot water, and it was flowing down her face. She shook her head and said, “I should have stayed there with him! But, I didn’t and now he’s dead!” As she looked up towards her friends she said, “I will promise you this; I will always protect you even at the cost of my life. I will not let anyone close to me die anymore!”

“Cari calm down it’s not your fault,” said Tara.

“Yes it is. I should have stayed there and-

“What died there? Cari I feel the same way he was our father. You are the only one who can stop this madness,” said Shin’ichi.

“Besides Cari, you need to get stronger. And we will not be there when you are training,” said Fate.

“Yeah you are right. We need to go our separate ways for the time being,” said Cari. “We’ll meet up in three years. Let’s meet at the old eastern wolf tribe village.”

“Even though I want to be there I can’t. I have to do my job,” said Fate.

“Right don’t worry too much about us Fate. I’ll be all right I promise,” Said Cari.

“Cari, I’m going with you,” said Shin’ichi.

“Okay fine,” Cari said.

“Sir should we go to the Demon Realm?” Asked the Kanae.

“Yes, I’ll kill her and all of the other Demon with the Jewel of Demon Souls!” Yelled Xeon.

“Very well the Xeon,” said the Kanae.

“You the Fire Lord will be under my control,” said Xeon.

“Yes Master Xeon. I’ll do anything you want,” said Soji.

“Good!” Xeon laughed manically.
